We personally choose the best quality of meat to make our products, since 1920. We are actually the third generation of "norcini" that is an Italian noun which means pork butcher.
All the steps used to make the products are hand-made; we have never used food additives; the porks that we choose are from local farm.
From the boning to the matured, everything is done in a natural way.
